1 egg (cooked, grilled or in French omelette with very little oil)

1/2 banana
Black coffee or tea.
Food

1 small fillet of veal
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup of carrots
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream dessert.
In mid afternoon

Half a banana and a tea.
Dinner

1 cup fresh cheese
6 crackers.

Third day
Breakfast

an Apple
30 grams of cheddar cheese
Five crackers
Black tea or coffee.
Food

 Natural tuna can
1 cup of carrots
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream dessert.
In mid afternoon

An apple and a tea
Dinner

1 hard-boiled egg
1 slice whole-wheat toast.
